CVE-2025-69209 1 Arduino 1 Arduino Core 2026-04-15 N/A
ArduinoCore-avr contains the source code and configuration files of the Arduino AVR Boards platform. A vulnerability in versions prior to 1.8.7 allows an attacker to trigger a stack-based buffer overflow when converting floating-point values to strings with high precision. By passing very large `decimalPlaces` values to the affected String constructors or concat methods, the `dtostrf` function writes beyond fixed-size stack buffers, causing memory corruption and denial of service. Under specific conditions, this could enable arbitrary code execution on AVR-based Arduino boards. ### Patches - The Fix is included starting from the `1.8.7` release available from the following link [ArduinoCore-avr v1.8.7](https://github.com/arduino/ArduinoCore-avr) - The Fixing Commit is available at the following link [1a6a417f89c8901dad646efce74ae9d3ddebfd59](https://github.com/arduino/ArduinoCore-avr/pull/613/commits/1a6a417f89c8901dad646efce74ae9d3ddebfd59) ### References - [ASEC-26-001 ArduinoCore-avr vXXXX Resolves Buffer Overflow Vulnerability](https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/XXXXX) ### Credits - Maxime Rossi Bellom and Ramtine Tofighi Shirazi from SecMate (https://secmate.dev/)
CVE-2025-59109 1 Dormakaba 1 Registration Unit 9002 2026-04-15 N/A
The dormakaba registration units 9002 (PIN Pad Units) have an exposed UART header on the backside. The PIN pad is sending every button press to the UART interface. An attacker can use the interface to exfiltrate PINs. As the devices are explicitly built as Plug-and-Play to be easily replaced, an attacker is easily able to remove the device, install a hardware implant which connects to the UART and exfiltrates the data exposed via UART to another system (e.g. via WiFi).
CVE-2025-59104 1 Dormakaba 1 Access Manager 2026-04-15 N/A
With physical access to the device and enough time an attacker is able to solder test leads to the debug footprint (or use the 6-Pin tag-connect cable). Thus, the attacker gains access to the bootloader, where the kernel command line can be changed. An attacker is able to gain a root shell through this vulnerability.
CVE-2012-10035 1 Turbosoft 1 Turboftp 2026-04-15 N/A
Turbo FTP Server versions 1.30.823 and 1.30.826 contain a buffer overflow vulnerability in the handling of the PORT command. By sending a specially crafted payload, an unauthenticated remote attacker can overwrite memory structures and execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges.
CVE-2024-36254 1 Sharp 49 Bp-30c25, Bp-30c25t, Bp-30c25y and 46 more 2026-04-15 7.5 High
Out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in Sharp Corporation and Toshiba Tec Corporation multiple MFPs (multifunction printers), which may lead to a denial-of-service (DoS) condition.
CVE-2025-9999 1 Arcinfo 1 Pcvue 2026-04-15 N/A
Some payload elements of the messages sent between two stations in a networking architecture are not properly checked on the receiving station allowing an attacker to execute unauthorized commands in the application.
CVE-2025-58776 1 Keyence 1 Kv Studio 2026-04-15 7.8 High
KV Studio versions 12.23 and prior contain a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability. If the product uses a specially crafted file, arbitrary code may be executed on the affected product.
CVE-2025-65102 1 Pjsip 1 Pjsip 2026-04-15 N/A
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library. Prior to version 2.16, Opus PLC may zero-fill the input frame as long as the decoder ptime, while the input frame length, which is based on stream ptime, may be less than that. This issue affects PJSIP users who use the Opus audio codec in receiving direction. The vulnerability can lead to unexpected application termination due to a memory overwrite. This issue has been patched in version 2.16.
CVE-2025-58775 1 Keyence 3 Kv Studio, Vt5-wx12, Vt5-wx15 2026-04-15 7.8 High
KV STUDIO and VT5-WX15/WX12 contain a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability. If the product uses a specially crafted file, arbitrary code may be executed on the affected product.
CVE-2024-37861 1 Open Robotics 2 Nav2 Humble, Ros2 2026-04-15 9.8 Critical
Open Robotics Robotic Operating System 2 (ROS2) and Nav2 humble versions were discovered to contain a buffer overflow via the nav2_amcl process. This vulnerability is triggered via sending a crafted .yaml file.
CVE-2023-51395 1 Silabs 1 Z-wave Software Development Kit 2026-04-15 8.8 High
The vulnerability described by CVE-2023-0972 has been additionally discovered in Silicon Labs Z-Wave end devices. This vulnerability may allow an unauthenticated attacker within Z-Wave range to overflow a stack buffer, leading to arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2012-10053 1 Pmsoftware 1 Simple Web Server 2026-04-15 N/A
Simple Web Server 2.2 rc2 contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in its handling of the Connection HTTP header. When a remote attacker sends an overly long string in this header, the server uses vsprintf() without proper bounds checking, leading to a buffer overflow on the stack. This flaw allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the web server process. The vulnerability is triggered before authentication.
CVE-2010-20122 1 Netsarang 1 Xftp 2026-04-15 N/A
Xftp FTP Client version up to and including 3.0 (build 0238) contain a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability triggered by a maliciously crafted PWD response from an FTP server. When the client connects to a server and receives an overly long directory string in response to the PWD command, the client fails to properly validate the length of the input before copying it into a fixed-size buffer. This results in memory corruption and allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on the client system.
CVE-2025-48796 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-04-15 7.3 High
A flaw was found in GIMP. The GIMP ani_load_image() function is vulnerable to a stack-based overflow. If a user opens.ANI files, GIMP may be used to store more information than the capacity allows. This flaw allows a malicious ANI file to trigger arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2025-26386 1 Johnsoncontrols 1 Istar Configuration Utility 2026-04-15 N/A
Johnson Controls iSTAR Configuration Utility (ICU) has Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability. This issue affects iSTAR Configuration Utility (ICU) version 6.9.7 and prior. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could result in failure within the operating system of the machine hosting the ICU tool.
CVE-2025-48797 1 Redhat 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more 2026-04-15 7.3 High
A flaw was found in GIMP when processing certain TGA image files. If a user opens one of these image files that has been specially crafted by an attacker, GIMP can be tricked into making serious memory errors, potentially leading to crashes and causing a heap buffer overflow.
