CVE-2026-23739 2 Asterisk, Sangoma 3 Asterisk, Asterisk, Certified Asterisk 2026-04-17 2 Low
Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to versions 20.7-cert9, 20.18.2, 21.12.1, 22.8.2, and 23.2.2, the ast_xml_open() function in xml.c parses XML documents using libxml with unsafe parsing options that enable entity expansion and XInclude processing. Specifically, it invokes xmlReadFile() with the XML_PARSE_NOENT flag and later processes XIncludes via xmlXIncludeProcess().If any untrusted or user-supplied XML file is passed to this function, it can allow an attacker to trigger XML External Entity (XXE) or XInclude-based local file disclosure, potentially exposing sensitive files from the host system. This can also be triggered in other cases in which the user is able to supply input in xml format that triggers the asterisk process to parse it. This issue has been patched in versions 20.7-cert9, 20.18.2, 21.12.1, 22.8.2, and 23.2.2.

This issue affects Xerox FreeFlow Core versions up to and including 8.0.7.  Please consider upgrading to FreeFlow Core version 8.1.0 via the software available on -  https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/core/downloads
CVE-2026-3404 2 Jeesite, Thinkgem 2 Jeesite, Jeesite 2026-04-16 5 Medium
A flaw has been found in thinkgem JeeSite up to 5.15.1. Impacted is an unknown function of the file /com/jeesite/common/shiro/cas/CasOutHandler.java of the component Endpoint. Executing a manipulation can lead to xml external entity reference. The attack may be performed from remote. Attacks of this nature are highly complex. The exploitability is considered difficult. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-1567 1 Ibm 1 Infosphere Information Server 2026-04-16 7.1 High
IBM InfoSphere Information Server 11.7.0.0 through 11.7.1.6 An XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability in IBM InfoSphere Information Server could allow attackers to retrieve sensitive information from the server.
CVE-2005-1306 1 Adobe 2 Acrobat, Acrobat Reader 2026-04-16 7.5 High
The Adobe Reader control in Adobe Reader and Acrobat 7.0 and 7.0.1 allows remote attackers to determine the existence of files via Javascript containing XML script, aka the "XML External Entity vulnerability."
CVE-2024-52800 2026-04-15 N/A
veraPDF is an open source PDF/A validation library. Executing policy checks using custom schematron files via the CLI invokes an XSL transformation that may theoretically lead to a remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability. This doesn't affect the standard validation and policy checks functionality, veraPDF's common use cases. Most veraPDF users don't insert any custom XSLT code into policy profiles, which are based on Schematron syntax rather than direct XSL transforms. For users who do, only load custom policy files from sources you trust. This issue has not yet been patched. Users are advised to be cautious of XSLT code until a patch is available.
CVE-2025-66371 1 Iteras 1 Peppol-py 2026-04-15 5 Medium
Peppol-py before 1.1.1 allows XXE attacks because of the Saxon configuration. When validating XML-based invoices, the XML parser could read files from the filesystem and expose their content to a remote host.
CVE-2025-49493 1 Akamai 1 Cloudtest 2026-04-15 5.8 Medium
Akamai CloudTest before 60 2025.06.02 (12988) allows file inclusion via XML External Entity (XXE) injection.
CVE-2023-49234 2026-04-15 6.3 Medium
An XML external entity (XXE) vulnerability was found in Stilog Visual Planning 8. It allows an authenticated attacker to access local server files and exfiltrate data to an external server.
CVE-2024-29010 2026-04-15 7.1 High
The XML document processed in the GMS ECM URL endpoint is vulnerable to XML external entity (XXE) injection, potentially resulting in the disclosure of sensitive information. This issue affects GMS: 9.3.4 and earlier versions.
CVE-2024-45294 1 Redhat 2 Apache Camel Spring Boot, Camel Quarkus 2026-04-15 8.6 High
The HL7 FHIR Core Artifacts repository provides the java core object handling code, with utilities (including validator), for the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) specification. Prior to version 6.3.23, XSLT transforms performed by various components are vulnerable to XML external entity injections. A processed XML file with a malicious DTD tag could produce XML containing data from the host system. This impacts use cases where org.hl7.fhir.core is being used to within a host where external clients can submit XML. This issue has been patched in release 6.3.23. No known workarounds are available.
CVE-2024-51132 2 Fhir, Redhat 3 Hapi Fhir, Apache Camel Spring Boot, Camel Quarkus 2026-04-15 9.8 Critical
An XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability in HAPI FHIR before v6.4.0 allows attackers to access sensitive information or execute arbitrary code via supplying a crafted request containing malicious XML entities.
CVE-2025-7766 1 Lantronix 1 Provisioning Manager 2026-04-15 8 High

XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability in Terminalfour 8.0.0001 through 8.3.18 and XML JDBC versions up to 1.0.4 allows authenticated users to submit malicious XML via unspecified features which could lead to various actions such as accessing the underlying server, remote code execution (RCE), or performing Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks.
CVE-2025-47293 2026-04-15 N/A
PowSyBl (Power System Blocks) is a framework to build power system oriented software. Prior to version 6.7.2, in certain places, powsybl-core XML parsing is vulnerable to an XML external entity (XXE) attack and to a server-side request forgery (SSRF) attack. This allows an attacker to elevate their privileges to read files that they do not have permissions to, including sensitive files on the system. The vulnerable class is com.powsybl.commons.xml.XmlReader which is considered to be untrusted in use cases where untrusted users can submit their XML to the vulnerable methods. This can be a multi-tenant application that hosts many different users perhaps with different privilege levels. This issue has been patched in com.powsybl:powsybl-commons: 6.7.2.
CVE-2025-24910 1 Hitachi 1 Vantara Pentaho Business Analytics Server 2026-04-15 4.9 Medium
Overview   XML documents optionally contain a Document Type Definition (DTD), which, among other features, enables the definition of XML entities. It is possible to define an entity by providing a substitution string in the form of a URI. Once the content of the URI is read, it is fed back into the application that is processing the XML. This application may echo back the data (e.g. in an error message), thereby exposing the file contents. (CWE-611)   Description   Hitachi Vantara Pentaho Business Analytics Server versions before 10.2.0.2, including 9.3.x and 8.3.x, do not correctly protect Pentaho Data Integration MessageSourceCrawler against out-of-band XML External Entity Reference.   Impact   By submitting an XML file that defines an external entity with a file:// URI, an attacker can cause the processing application to read the contents of a local file. Using URIs with other schemes such as http://, the attacker can force the application to make outgoing requests to servers that the attacker cannot reach directly, which can be used to bypass firewall restrictions or hide the source of attacks such as port scanning.
