CVSS v3.1 |
The Versa Concerto SD-WAN orchestration platform is vulnerable to an authentication bypass in the Traefik reverse proxy configuration, allowing at attacker to access administrative endpoints. The Spack upload endpoint can be leveraged for a Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) write in combination with a race condition to achieve remote code execution via path loading manipulation, allowing an unauthenticated actor to achieve remote code execution (RCE).This issue is known to affect Concerto from 12.1.2 through 12.2.0. Additional versions may be vulnerable.
Time-of-check to time-of-use race condition vulnerability potentially allowed an attacker to use the installed ESET security software to clear the content of an arbitrary file on the file system.
|
An improper absolute path traversal vulnerability was reported for the Ready For application allowing a local application access to files without authorization.
|
A Time-of-check time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition in the SMM communications buffer could allow a privileged attacker to bypass input validation and perform an out of bounds read or write, potentially resulting in loss of confidentiality, integrity, or availability.
The tbm-client from Chunghwa Telecom has an Arbitrary File Delete vulnerability. The application sets up a simple local web server and provides APIs for communication with the target website. Due to the lack of CSRF protection in the APIs, unauthenticated remote attackers could use these APIs through phishing. Additionally, one of the APIs contains an Absolute Path Traversal vulnerability, allowing attackers to delete arbitrary files on the user's system.
A race condition vulnerability was discovered in how signals are handled by OpenSSH's server (sshd). If a remote attacker does not authenticate within a set time period, then sshd's SIGALRM handler is called asynchronously. However, this signal handler calls various functions that are not async-signal-safe, for example, syslog(). As a consequence of a successful attack, in the worst case scenario, an attacker may be able to perform a remote code execution (RCE) as an unprivileged user running the sshd server.
Velocidex WinPmem versions 4.1 and below suffer from an Improper Input Validation vulnerability whereby an attacker with admin access can trigger a BSOD with a parallel thread changing the memory’s access right under the control of the user-mode application. This is due to verification only being performed at the beginning of the routine allowing the userspace to change page permissions half way through the routine. A valid workaround is a rule to detect unauthorized loading of winpmem outside incident response operations.
Absolute path traversal vulnerability exists in ID Link Manager and FUJITSU Software TIME CREATOR. If this vulnerability is exploited, the file contents including sensitive information on the server may be retrieved by an unauthenticated remote attacker.
The tbm-client from Chunghwa Telecom has an Arbitrary File vulnerability. The application sets up a simple local web server and provides APIs for communication with the target website. Due to the lack of CSRF protection in the APIs, unauthenticated remote attackers could use these APIs through phishing. Additionally, one of the APIs contains an Absolute Path Traversal vulnerability. Attackers can copy arbitrary files on the user's system and paste them into any path, which poses a potential risk of information leakage or could consume hard drive space by copying files in large volumes.

Due to the lack of CSRF protection in the APIs, unauthenticated remote attackers could use these APIs through phishing. | MJML through 4.18.0 allows mj-include directory traversal to test file existence and (in the type="css" case) read files. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2020-12827. |
A race condition in the Nix, Lix, and Guix package managers enables changing the ownership of arbitrary files to the UID and GID of the build user (e.g., nixbld* or guixbuild*). This affects Nix before 2.24.15, 2.26.4, 2.28.4, and 2.29.1; Lix before 2.91.2, 2.92.2, and 2.93.1; and Guix before 1.4.0-38.0e79d5b.
Race condition in BIOS firmware for some Intel(R) Processors may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
Link Following Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability in NortonUtilitiesSvc in Norton Utilities Ultimate Version 24.2.16862.6344 on Windows 10 Pro x64 allows local attackers to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of SYSTEM via the creation of a symbolic link and leveraging a TOCTTOU (time-of-check to time-of-use) attack.
Link Following Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability in TuneUp Service in AVG TuneUp Version 23.4 (build 15592) on Windows 10 allows local attackers to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of SYSTEM via creating a symbolic link and leveraging a TOCTTOU (time-of-check to time-of-use) attack.
A vulnerability was detected in GrandNode up to 2.3.0. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /checkout/ConfirmOrder/ of the component Voucher Handler. The manipulation of the argument giftvouchercouponcode results in race condition. The attack may be launched remotely. The attack requires a high level of complexity. The exploitability is regarded as difficult. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
Race condition, use-after-free in the Graphics: WebRender component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 149, Firefox ESR 115.34, Firefox ESR 140.9, Thunderbird 149, and Thunderbird 140.9.
Race in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 147.0.7727.55 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
Race in Media in Google Chrome on Android prior to 147.0.7727.55 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to corrupt media stream metadata via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Low)
Divide by zero in Microsoft Graphics Component allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service locally.
