CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
spi: tegra210-quad: Fix timeout handling
When the CPU that the QSPI interrupt handler runs on (typically CPU 0)
is excessively busy, it can lead to rare cases of the IRQ thread not
running before the transfer timeout is reached.
While handling the timeouts, any pending transfers are cleaned up and
the message that they correspond to is marked as failed, which leaves
the curr_xfer field pointing at stale memory.
To avoid this, clear curr_xfer to NULL upon timeout and check for this
condition when the IRQ thread is finally run.
While at it, also make sure to clear interrupts on failure so that new
interrupts can be run.
A better, more involved, fix would move the interrupt clearing into a
hard IRQ handler. Ideally we would also want to signal that the IRQ
thread no longer needs to be run after the timeout is hit to avoid the
extra check for a valid transfer. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/panthor: Fix UAF on kernel BO VA nodes
If the MMU is down, panthor_vm_unmap_range() might return an error.
We expect the page table to be updated still, and if the MMU is blocked,
the rest of the GPU should be blocked too, so no risk of accessing
physical memory returned to the system (which the current code doesn't
cover for anyway).
Proceed with the rest of the cleanup instead of bailing out and leaving
the va_node inserted in the drm_mm, which leads to UAF when other
adjacent nodes are removed from the drm_mm tree. |
| CVE-2024-4320 describes a vulnerability in the parisneo/lollms software, specifically within the `ExtensionBuilder().build_extension()` function. The vulnerability arises from the `/mount_extension` endpoint, where a path traversal issue allows attackers to navigate beyond the intended directory structure. This is facilitated by the `data.category` and `data.folder` parameters accepting empty strings (`""`), which, due to inadequate input sanitization, can lead to the construction of a `package_path` that points to the root directory. Consequently, if an attacker can create a `config.yaml` file in a controllable path, this path can be appended to the `extensions` list and trigger the execution of `__init__.py` in the current directory, leading to remote code execution. The vulnerability affects versions up to 5.9.0, and has been addressed in version 9.8. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/panthor: Fix UAF race between device unplug and FW event processing
The function panthor_fw_unplug() will free the FW memory sections.
The problem is that there could still be pending FW events which are yet
not handled at this point. process_fw_events_work() can in this case try
to access said freed memory.
Simply call disable_work_sync() to both drain and prevent future
invocation of process_fw_events_work(). |
| Improper Control of Filename for Include/Require Statement in PHP Program ('PHP Remote File Inclusion') vulnerability in dedalx Saxon - Viral Content Blog & Magazine Marketing WordPress Theme saxon allows PHP Local File Inclusion. This issue affects Saxon - Viral Content Blog & Magazine Marketing WordPress Theme: from n/a through <= 1.9.3. |
| Mediconta 3.7.27 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the servermedicontservice that allows local users to potentially execute code with elevated privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in C:\Program Files (x86)\medicont3\ to inject malicious code that would execute with LocalSystem permissions during service startup. |
| Out-of-bounds Write vulnerability in PointCloudLibrary pcl allows Overflow Buffers. Since version 1.14.0, PCL by default uses a zlib installation from the system, unless the user sets WITH_SYSTEM_ZLIB=FALSE. So this potential vulnerability is only relevant if the PCL version is older than 1.14.0 or the user specifically requests to not use the system zlib. |

| A Remote Code Execution vulnerability has been discovered in Sonatype Nexus Repository 2.
This issue affects Nexus Repository 2 OSS/Pro versions up to and including 2.15.1. |
| In the Console in Soffid IAM before 3.5.39, necessary checks were not applied to some Java objects. A malicious agent could possibly execute arbitrary code in the Sync Server and compromise security. |

This patch adds a check for read-only mounted filesystem
in txBegin before starting a transaction potentially saving
from NULL pointer deref. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: ath12k: Handle lock during peer_id find
ath12k_peer_find_by_id() requires that the caller hold the
ab->base_lock. Currently the WBM error path does not hold
the lock and calling that function, leads to the

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
HID: hidraw: fix data race on device refcount
The hidraw_open() function increments the hidraw device reference
counter. The counter has no dedicated synchronization mechanism,
resulting in a potential data race when concurrently opening a device.
The race is a regression introduced by commit 8590222e4b02 ("HID:
hidraw: Replace hidraw device table mutex with a rwsem"). While
minors_rwsem is intended to protect the hidraw_table itself, by instead
acquiring the lock for writing, the reference counter is also protected.
This is symmetrical to hidraw_release(). |

| A vulnerability was found in Satellite. When running a remote execution job on a host, the host's SSH key is not being checked. When the key changes, the Satellite still connects it because it uses "-o StrictHostKeyChecking=no". This flaw can lead to a man-in-the-middle attack (MITM), denial of service, leaking of secrets the remote execution job contains, or other issues that may arise from the attacker's ability to forge an SSH key. This issue does not directly allow unauthorized remote execution on the Satellite, although it can leak secrets that may lead to it. |
| PlexRipper is a cross-platform media downloader for Plex. PlexRipper’s open CORS policy allows attackers to gain sensitive information from PlexRipper by getting the user to access the attacker’s domain. This allows an attacking website to access the /api/PlexAccount endpoint and steal the user’s Plex login. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.24.0. |
